The aim of Youth Pathways is to assist young people between the ages of 13-19 who are at most risk of not making a successful transition to reach their full potential by keeping them engaged or re-engaging them with education or training.
Intensive, individualised assistance and ongoing support and encouragement is provided to address the factors that make them at risk.
